mmm.. some songs can't really be easily made into NES versions.. this song sounds pretty much like the NES version though.. but.. it just flatout doesn't sound good =/

@Maduo but thats good! if you think about it, many NES ost's would sound too simple and end up seemingly bad or dull. but when someone "remakes" it, it should sound better and more epic.

maybe in your opinion, however, I prefer many of the 'dull' songs you refer to.
they are classics for a reason. if you take some randomly huge song and try to force it into a small area, it will get cut. If it does not get cut, it will not fit. That is youmu's philosophy on sticking things into other things!
