ur comment is 8 months old but here u go:

The guitars are in E-standard tuning. the bass is a 5 string (BEADG). the bass plays the root notes of the power chords, makign it sound liek it is tuned so low.

Not just that, Galder and Silenoz are playing barre/inverted power chords, ie: the root, fifth and an octave below the fifth... Those chords combined with the 5-string bass deepen the sound... Isn't it amazing what you learn in 8 months? XD

solid state amp, and no pedals :) Tho I have a BOSS Metal Zone MT-2, but I never use it.

And yes, it is a Epiphone Les Paul, not my primary guitar, but it's the guitar I get best sound with when I record :P
