I'm pretty sure its the resolution and general quality of the signal, that makes the pc think its constantly different - has nothing to do with syncing the two cameras, it would look the same with just one (although not 3D :)

if only there was a way to synchronize those cheap cameras's signal thats where the bouncing effect comes from :(
