@VerySweeTea I was ready to disagree with you, but when I looked I saw exactly what you mean, it's as if the exact same thing is copied and pasted one above the other.
fuck that shit!!!!!!!!! i almost got hit by lighting walking home from school one time ...it scared the shit out of me cause i seen it and herd it and felt it move the wind around me from the pressure of the thunder ...but ya you got lucky keep your ass in the house during a lightning storm
that was pretty close but if it did actually hit between u and your sister the static before even the lightning hit would of ruined the cameras, everyone who was there their hair would of stood on end and its a low chance of it missing you and the house and hitting the ground. lightning usually hits the tallest thing in the area.
Real lighting....Im from so cal where Ive never seen a storm like this so when i went to Pensacola, FL to visit my brother I was stupid and didnt know that lightning can actually stike you...but it didnt hit me...it hit the ground between me and my sister in law...this is no way fake...I wouldnt know where to begin on how to do that.
Talk about timing - It's crazy that you had two cameras going & were able to show the strike from two different angles - what were the chances. Pretty cool, funny too.
NOW THATS REAL

@Micmezz thunder is caused by the discharge of electricity moving through the air, u wouldn't feel air pressure from thunder moving pass u.

I think it's fake. If you stop just right at 1:03 it looks like one lightning copied over and over.

It looks close but is actually a technical artefact from CCD-cameras called ghost lightning.

@cardie1234 yeah... lightning don't hit like that. It would with no doubt shock them shitless.

if u were struck by lighting u would rise above the ground about 5 or more feetso dont think u were struck just the house

The first camera shot tells the tale. The return stroke was actually so close you hear the static recoil before the main explosion of thunder hits.

who close was it? I only saw in the first angle the reflection of the bolt then in the second I did see the bolt but not where it went.
