It is about the land, before 1940s jews were living peacefully in palestine and all other arab countries and were considered arabs, i was told that my grandfather who used to own a private school in haifa used to employ jewish teachers, but after 1948 he lost his school, his house, his land and was forced to live in a refugee camp until he managed to get out of that place. and until now, i say Jews are more than welcome in palestine if they want to live with the palestinians in peace.

By the way,if we will look back in to the History of Hamas(Muslim Brotherhood)they were massively killed in Jordan (1970 around 20000 killed when they tried to take over the country)and by Syrians (1980 around 25000 killed by Syrians cuz they were terrorizing Syria.Same happens now in Algiers.Government foghts Hamas. The Geneva Accords must be adopted by the Governments of both states and as the fanatics attempt to sabotage the peace process through attacks the peacseekers must work even harder to bring about an economically capable Palestinian state and not allow the attacks to influence their efforts towards peace.

Literally, yes. Jihad has traditionally meant "struggle". But when terrorists in Iraq say they want to continue jihad against American soldiers, they're not saying they want to "struggle". If they didn't want to equate jihad with "holy war", they wouldn't mention Muhammad and the elimination of Israel.
