@helpma1234 a is the sprint button u can tap it or hold it tapping it works better the faster u tap the faster he runs and also he has to get speed ablitites cause if he dont he will be kinda slow even though ur tapping it fast

@NEWYorksFinest3012 ok, i just did what you did. My guy ran fast, but anytime i get break away on a run or on a kick off my guy will just randomly do a body splash to the ground...what am I doing wrong? All im doing is tapping a as fast as i can.

no you cant use actual nfl teams since EA has the exclusive rights. You can recreate teams yourself though. Just use your imagination and enjoy a realistic game of football

@s4110cl Yes it is based on football entirely c'mon it even has a game full of hall of famers which madden also took from them . Also you can create a team and play the Cadinals.ect but only on NFL 2k5.

At 1:10 that is actually a big hit. On Madden it would be a glitchy big hit, like the guy would surf over the grass, not moving his feet, and then do the usual big hit that is played a lot; but that was a legit hit.

I love APF 2K8. Best gameplay out of any football game ever. If only it was truly fully customizable and let you create entire NFL Rosters instead of just 10-11 (?) players per team.

This is a game about pure customization. Before you even begin to play a single game, you MUST create your team. You are NOT given a team.

@packers718 (part 2) You choose from lots of hall of fame players and various other generic players. The generics do have their own unique individual attributes as well I believe.

The ONLY problem I see with this game is the lack of a franchise mode. One season and you're essentially done.

I believe you can choose if you want a defensive-oriented, offensive-oriented, passing-oriented, running-oriented, etc. type of teams.

Customization, gameplay, and an authentic football experience is what makes this game good. Every single person that plays this game likely will have a completely different team.

Yeah, he's only a 3 ability Gold star so he has Break Away Burst, Speed Burner, and Quick Feet.
