Are you sure that's Monte Cazazza himself? You got the title right, but according to Discogs and Wikipedia this song is performed by The Atom Smashers rather than Monte himself.

I uloaded the song from monte cazazza's cd 'worst of', it is included there as being his..... I checked and indeed it is a track from atom smashers, but monte was one of the musicians and singers, so I guess it was by performed by him, hence being included in his own compilation :)
