Domenico Montanaro, an NBC News political researcher, wrote on the network's political blog, First Read: "After reviewing the tapes, NBC determined that an open mic[rophone] picked up a whisper from the audience.
"It is unclear who it is that says it, but it was not said by any of the candidates, was not heard in the hall and, more importantly, not heard by the candidates."
co-morderator Brian Williams also wrote an Article about it, Romney is innocent.
The MSNBC people are the ones with all the headphones, earpieces and microphones. They were feeding Russert since he asked such a lamo question. Duh, maybe you should clarify the question.
Some one gave you a thumbs down, guess I'll sign up for one too, because I agree with you. With the volume turned up, the voice sounds to me like he said,"he raised taxes, I'm not..." but whatever the case, obviously Mitt had a little help with this question.
Get the facts before you bashing other people to suit your own agenda!
"We had some audio issues and Gov. Romney's mike wasn't working momentarily. Simple as that," MSNBC VP for Communications Jeremy Gaines said in a one-line e-mail response to questions about overheard whisper.

Guys.. come on... the voice you hear was someone whispering to Tim Russert to explain that Reagan raised taxes. He didn't mention that in the question and he assumed the audience knew what Reagan had done. But most probably don't know so someone whispered to Tim Russert to say that he had raised taxes. It wasn't whispered to Romney.
I still have the original on laptop, I want to know how can i capture screen on my MacBook Pro. I had to use the cell phone to record this. if any one of u know do let me know plz.
