if you are targeting the video at a non-tech savvy audience then you need to use way less jargon, try using some simple analogies. for wifi it is easiest for people to compare it to the radio channels that they listen to already but wifi is radio for computers. the letters a, b, g, n are like AM, FM, and DAB for radio. you get more channels and better clarity on FM and even better yet on DAB. same goes for wifi, more data and better recpetion on wifi-n than wifi-a.

Seriously, WEP is useless. If you're really worried about network security, any router worth its bones has the ability to filter by MAC address. So, you input the MACs of your computers and consoles, and the router will only deal with those devices. FYI.

If you just wanted to watch this video, all you simply need to do is connect a single computer system into a modem which is only one direct link as opposed to a router which is capable of allowing multiple systems or devices....
