That window is not frosted at all.
That is a ghost and you can hear EVPs (Electronic voice phenomenon) too.
I stepped back from my computer and recorded it off the screen on my video camera and another ghost showed up standing next to my screen on my video.
I'm not uploading it because I am scared to now. But if you try it yourself you will see that every time you record it another ghost shows up somewhere. But when you see them you release them, but be careful, some aren't friendly like Casper.

That's nothing. I've been inside St. Peter's and the body of two incorrupt popes are in glass cases. Oh, you can say they are fake, but when you see them, and the Vatican makes no claims about them at all, you understand that they are the incorrupt bodies of Pope John XXIII and Pius XI. Pius XI has a mask over the face and may be in some state of decomsition, but my husband is a scientist (astrophysicist) and he was quite impressed.

This has been totally debunked! Tourists will many times place a jacket or another article of clothing on a long pole in order that traveling companions can find them in case they get separated. They can spot each other in large crowds.
