I agree with JetFighters. I do not think that M100's is enough for a full cardio work out. Our heartbeat needs to be elevated within a heart rate zone for at least 20 minutes for it to be a good cardio. I have been doing these exercises - not in this particular order-for years along with running, rope jumping, etc. I alternate rope jumping with all of these until I have done, 20 to 35 minutes. By the way , these exercises have existed for a long time.
Just some helpful advice to everyone here. This alone could count as your cardio workout for the day but only IF you are doing something else. Are you into weightlifting? Do this as your source of cardio on your off days from lifting. Doing this alone every single day will help you get in shape but you won't see any major results once you get used to the workout unless you are severely obese or out of shape. Great workout though! Try to do it without a water break!
If you ask me the reason why its called m100 is because you dont take a break!
the full name of it is metier100. it doesn't work fully if you take the breaks. if it is your first time it is smart to take them but as less as you can.
As regards m100's they're only good as a warm up to a full work out. Doing these alone every day will do very little. 3-5 minutes is not long enough for a decent workout. Do these as a warm up to a full workout and you they are an excellent addition to any routine.
I started working out at the same time as a friend of mine 2 years ago. He started dieting strictly too in order to get maximum efficiency, all I did was cut the junk back to weekends only. It took him 6 months to get ripped it took me about 9, both of us pretty fat when we started. 2 years later and Im still ripped, still able to maintain my physique regardless of all the junk I eat and beer I drink. He on the other has yo-yo'd about 4 times and is now fat again because a strict diet is no fun.
All you people criticizing him for eating ice cream are either fools or just jealous because you have given up ice cream to get fit. I eat lost of ice cream, pizza's, macdonalds basically anything I want to eat but in moderation and as part of a normal fairly balanced diet and I'm ripped. Why? Because I workout enough to compensate and burn it off.
The trick to becoming fit and ripped easily is to not be so restrictive with your diet, that way you take out the will power aspect.
FYI It's 100 reps of EACH exercise....not 100 reps all together. So 100 squat thrusts, 100 mountain climber, and 100 squat jumps. However you want to divide those up into sets.
@knockout2281 .. M-100s definitely is not 100 reps of each exercise.. It's 100 reps total of the 3 exercises so it'll end up being 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers and 30 squat jumps.
Ive been doing these for about 2 weeks and ive literally been dropping fat by the pound, its so incredible, and it only takes me 4 minutes max. for the first time in the past 2 weeks ive managed to do the entire thing without stopping. :D
@Jamessiz14 Yup. Doing this once a day would just about be all you need for full cardio. It's a pain, but it's quick. The reason it's a pain is because it works. Thanks for watching!
how do u count the mountain climbers?
