What is the difference between this and filtering? In the end all you did was filter for a string of characters and move keyprhases containing that string to another sheet. Also, shift+cntrl+down arrow is a good keystroke to know. Thanks for the video!
@Padlock6 If you try to filter instead of sort and copy, excel will copy even the non-filtered rows. I do believe that there is a way around that, I don't know what it is though.
@losangelesbusiness once you have your data filtered go to the home ribbon, "find & select", "go to special" and select "visible cells only". This will select only the visible, filtered cells. I know this works with filtering and groups. Hope that speeds things up for ya!

Thanks for the comments. I'm sure Excel can do better. I'm always learning new things about excel.
This is an efficient way I've found to automate otherwise impossible tasks using excel. Would love to hear if you have any other ways of doing it.
