At least Blackburn with Darwen BC haven't manged to get their interfering hands on some of our oldest and best loved building i.e. Darwen Library, India Mill Chimney.
Wow look at that shot at 2:03, u can see the old car park with the white tiles and the old co-op in the town center :) If im guessing right, the shot at 2:08 is where the new chopping center is now being guilt before the shopping center car park was built, thats going back into the early 60's!!
