  • I actually heard the voice of the "Peter Cratchit" character from Muppet Christmas Carol -- Peter was the one who was rotating the turkey. The sound of his voice, done by Dave Goelz, sounded more like Kermit to me than Steve Whitmire. It should be noted that Dave Goelz did the voice of Waldorf (another of Jim's muppets) and sounds almost like the earlier verson of Waldorf.

  • Fahahahahahah haa..

    Oh good times..

  • I was very sad the end of this show, but it was a great tribute to Jim

  • I think most muppet fans are willing take what we can get.. we know it will never be the same, but we want to support them always

  • Jim trained Steve Whitmire himself to be his replacement so I guess you just have to think of it as this is how jim wanted it

  • yes, but he'll NEVER be the same!

  • you're right, i just realized that

  • i think the dutch kermit the frog is also good:P *Kermit de Kikker*

  • I saw the end of this on here doing a search...I remember watching this when it aired and was disappointed that Kermit's voice wasn't even close to Jim's..I can't even stand to watch Kermit anymore since Steve Whitmire took over...R.I.P. Jim..we all miss you!

  • I do not, unfortunately. :-(

  • Do you have the rest of this? I missed it when it aired and have regretted it ever since! Please post if you do!

    Thanks -
