Mass Effect 2 PC Gameplay - Part of Mordin's Loyalty Mission

I noticed this isn't a smooth 30fps, but you probably get up to 8 more fps without fraps. Which Geforce 9600M GT version do you have? i.e. how much ram on the videocard and is it DDR2 or DDR3? I ask because I have a GT220m with 1gb of DDR2 ram (GT220 is a relabeled 9600m for OEM notebook manufacturers) and was wondering if it can even run Mass Effect 2 or not. There are are a couple different versions of the 9600m with the ram being the only difference.
