  • @PrvtValentine They are more for support dont really add much to the lift. They also keep the elbow joint warm less pain while training I train outdoors all year around. They are made by Inzer.

  • @fivefingerbp98 I dont normally do alot of rep work once a month the rest of the time I keep the reps around 3-5 the lower the reps the more strength you will build. The slingshot has really helped me too I always keep things mixed up board presses one week slingshot the next then somthing else. I usually dont go to failure on my sets unless its my last one for the day especially when heavy training. Dude just hang in there im sure you will get more in time.

    The answer this question is simple. He gets way more work out of even doing 10 reps than you get from doing 19, because of form. If you slow down your sets without bouncing the weights off your chest, you'll be lifting way more in no time and gaining much more from your workouts.

  • looks like your grip is a bit wider than mine. does that help u? does it put more stress on the delts?

  • @secutorclaudius the wide grip works for me I have long arms. It works the outer part of my chest more. the wide grip took a while to get used too when my shoulders hurt I bench with a closer grip.

  • @mitchelltom32 I'd pretty much say you can do 455, spotter barely touched it and on top performance you could easily do that.

  • dude u hit that 455. he touched it with one finger. im sure that wouldnt do a whole lot. haha. i think u could get 460x1 on a good day if u did that. and 315x15
