Lately, I've been making my own plain yogurt. It looks, smells and tastes like store bought yogurt only without the extra stuff in it. From there, I can strain it and make a thicker yogurt for sauces and dip or yogurt cheese. I can also add some chopped fruit and a bit of stevia to the thinner version for a tasty snack. :)

The ole'"Bubble and Squeak" is something that I have not had for probably 20 or so years, all that I can reember is that it was shit hot ! So Pete, if you can do a video on that It would be a ripper I reckon.

Furthermore, I reckon you shuld do some re-posts of your cooking whenyou worked on the farm mate, I really enjoyed thoses video's that you did way back then.

What I love to make is:

500 g ground/minced meat

350 g frozen vegatbles (peas, carrots, beans)

2 cups of soup

Heating up and it is smelling and tasting wonderful. The frozen veggies are the best - tastes crisp and fresh. Yummie!

one of my all time favorite meals is filet mignon,...with taterz n onions,... and sweet corn,....cooked on a charcoal fired grill,..with hickory wood chips for added smoke flavor,....served with a nice cold Heineken,...for desert a blue berry cobbler is slow cooked in a dutch oven over the remaining charcoals on da grill.

we try to find restaurants that serve food that tastes almost as good as home cookin.
