Hey SICKWITHTHETRUTH ...yes that civil codes is true, but they are selling the seminar to train agents how to offer loan modifications.....not taking money from consumers..nor insinuating that they will or will not collect advance fees from consumers...
looks kinda of slow on this clip, hmm we aint in kansas any more todo! Do you think people have figured out whats going on....naw, not yet. Its going to have to be real obvious, you know hit them in the head before they get it. Now what happened to all the money from Tarp? Hmmm converted to gold, well how the hell did that happen and why? I just don't ubnderstand? Loan mod work...ok, good luck. And values will have to come down to 1980 to 1985 levels. cant happen? Oh yes it can it is, right now
Great work. To comment on previous comments to you. I do loan Modification for some of the homeowner clients I run into. Most people don't understand that if and when you get the modification approvedthe home owner can refuse to pay you anything. This risk has to be covered up front or partially upfront. You can't garantee but the chances are very good assuming your consult analysis of the loan or loans before your agreement
California's Mortgage Foreclosure Consultant Act at Civil Code 2945.4(a): "It shall be a violation for a foreclosure consultant to:
(a) Claim, demand, charge, collect, or receive any compensation until after the foreclosure consultant has fully performed each and every service the foreclosure consultant contracted to perform or represented that he or she would perform."
Quit hate-n Tellingulikeitis, in any crisis there are those who take advantage of a moment in time. I recently got a ticket for speeding but the NC cop was lying. The ticket cost only $186. I hired an Attorney to fight it and that cost $800. I won the case but still would have paid the $800 if I lost.....You pay for expert advice...so chill and quit hate-n and no I don't do Loan Modifications...I just paid my mortgage on time.
The only way you people help other people is that you charge $1,400 to $4,000 to modify a loan. You tell the owner not to pay their mortgage and pay you. If the modification is not approved, you lose that money and your home. This is the latest scam that is hurting the most vulnerable people, the homeowner that is losing their American Dream. Don't trust these people.
