A huge population of white people would have died off due to skin cancer. Even today the farthest you might find white people is in Alexandria. The longer head shape was also a feature of Mediterranean caucasoids, and the expert in question specifically differentiated 'black African' and 'ancient Egyptian' populations. She also commented on the 'fine Grecian profile' of the skull, which was speculatively identified as Arsinoe's. So it didn't match 'black Africans' at all. It was typical Med. No mention of negroid was made.

@HeruTutankhamun Herodotus does not state that Egyptians were relations of Ethiopians, and the only way he compares them is to say both practice circumsision. Beyind that he draws no links. Arsinoe's skull, if the Ephesus skull is even that of Arsinoe, was consistent with an European skull, or an Egyptian one, but not a negroid one. As I say, the forensic facial reconstruction expert, Caroline Wilkinson, noted the 'fine Grecian' features. Egyptian skulls cluster with European ones, not negroes.

They even show them with braids especially on the chariot of King Tut. The Hamer tribe where braids in styles just like their ancestors the Egyptians.
