    Thank you for your comment! Yes, there are poses which you can do to get better in Hanumanasana. Here are some examples:

    Moola Bandha Asana

    Advanced Variation of Baddha Konasana

    Kapotasana

    It is normal that it is easier with one leg than with the other as we unconsciously always use one side more than the other and train it thus better. So don't worry and keep up the practice, you will get there!
