Mia you inspired me so much. I'm walkin 4 exercise and praise dancing through the house now. I could barely walk 3 months ago and Dr. said I had osteoarhritis and would need physical therapy and a cane. I said no to that and told God I want to walk for Him! And I'm walking-finally getting my waistline back.Can't wait to go back to the Dr. (I've Neva said that b4) lol Thx Mia 4 inspiring my lifestyle change!!

That's great Ms. Mia that's how you have to do it, you figure out what works , for you, I too get bored, but I love to DANCE, and I did hear from folks is that they stop drinking soda's , so that's it take one day at a time and keep doing it girl, do what works for you, I been watching Dr. Oz and that help me to take vitamins and I never stop dancing, folks say it to me too you losing weight, I say no, I feel different in my clothes but I just keep doing what I'm doing.

What I like the most is you didn't come on here talking about you ate nothing but salad with a spritz a lemon....lol. W/ your determination, you can knock this out. The smaller plate thing is no joke. I put my food on small plates and it helps me think that I have a full plate of food. BTW, you look MARVELOUS! Keep up the good work. You have a nice figure. You are excited and showing it. I went from a size 20 to a 0 (I'm short so I didn't look ill with it). I enjoyed that size very much for five years. I had major surgery and had complications and the meds and lack of exercise plummeted my weight and now I'm 240 lbs. I'm going to start my journey again now that my body has healed.

I have been on my weightloss journey for about three weeks now and have lost nearly 10lbs without excercise and drinking water like I should. I have been using the Slim Fast plan, and it works for me because I dont eat often I just ate wrong (fattening). I need to keep momentum so I am greatful for you sharing your journey. God Bless.
