I've done a lot of research into this, and still the eventual conclusion that I getting is that the song is by ThouShaltNot and people who think it is by Voltaire are mistaken.

Perhaps I'm wrong, but if you listen it does sound somewhat different to Voltaire's normal (amazing) voice.

Therefore, I'm going with what most of the internet seems to say: the song is by ThouShaltNot - the vocalist being Alex Reed, not Voltaire.
