I don't think you can. But you can do it with GarageBand with your built in mic or another one. Then after it's on GarageBand you can bring it on to iMovie by sharing it.

If you want to do it right in a video editing program you should buy Final Cut Express or Final Cut Pro.

The cheap one FC Express is 200$.
