@wildfalcon83 from what i've read the speed limits were introduced by nixon after united/arab oil embargo of 73 when the U.S. was hurting for gas.. it was to reduce the quick consumption of fuel.. Once that embargo was lifted the speed limit should have been lifted too but never was. Also what bitch for snitching on your friend, how did they get the cell <-- #, those are not listed.

He didn't. The police called his father to ask who he usually rides with. The father wasn't sure what as going on, so he told them who the other potential rider was. That's how the police got a hold of the second rider.

I'm From PA his friend had to give away his number to the cops when he pulled over. I had that happen to a friend the same way. I really dont ever stop (because PA troopers will pull you over just to be a dick). I soon as i see a cop i blast and get off at the next exit.
