Ok to answer your questions:

1) Burtonsville, MD

2) No not all of them are. There is one dancer from Vietnam.

3) Tinkus Jayas is actually a Bolivian dance group based in MD. There are 2 members from Jayas that performed here.

4) No, this is actually a collaboration of high school students that got together to do this performance. These students are all in different Bolivian dance groups.
