  • Oh where do I start!

If you do not know the difference between organic and non-organic, by definition, than an open discussion is senseless. If you would like to learn more about current farming practices, read a book called "Empty Harvest", it details, historically, the demise of not only the farming industry as a whole, but the quality of our food. Also. using profanity only detracts from the power of an argument and only makes you look immature. Thanks for writing in, always glad to help.

  • @DebraOakland coming from a person that farms over 5000 acres i know that small farms (which most organic farms would be in this category) make up over 80% of the total number of farms and feed under 10% of the population, which came from late USDA reports. So do the math, would those organic farms be able to feed everyone? So unless your planning to start organic farming to help out the demand there would be, you should be careful about complaining about todays modern farming practices.

  • There is absolutely no difference between organic and non-organic foods, nor is their proof that one is more nutritional than the other.

Also, it is NOT better for the environment. "Natural" fertilizers are used in the form of bovine feces which produces methane. Methane contributes to 18% of air pollution. It also takes four times more land just to produce the same amount of food that non-organic farms produce.

There is no difference, you stupid fuck.

  • Dude... It's not like they make the cows "poop" more they just turn what is gonna be there anyway into a good use. so my friend you are the "stupid" one.

  • Poop? What? Didn't your mother tell you that it is not nice to call names? I'm not sure what your reference is. Please elaborate.

  • I was replying to the comment above mine. "Also, it is NOT better for the environment. "Natural" fertilizers are used in the form of bovine feces which produces methane. Methane contributes to 18% of air pollution. It also takes four times more land just to produce the same amount of food that non-organic farms produce." i was refering to HIM as the stupid one ;)

  • Sorry, my bad
