I don't think Jim says but BUT maybe she gives birth on the Season Premiere and then dies; If you notice; Zoe's name is marked as May 15th - the date of the finale ... somethin must happen to her... but all of those are the dates those people died, not when they came back to life, cept for Eli because for him that was the same day; it'll be so upsetting if she dies, but at least we know she can't die permanently .... so confused, maybe she does die but her baby can see spirits ya never know xxx
