While I don't necessarily agree with everything in this video, it provides thoughtful insights into an epidemic growing in U.S. schools and business. Please share this with anyone with children or educators you may know.
We continue to dummy down our education to the lowest common denominator under the "No child left behind" protocol while leaving our best and brightest without the tools and education necessary to compete head to head with their peers in a global economy.
Clearly, of the many problems Americans face, education is not only solvable, it is our long term solution. While there may be controversy on equalizing educational outcomes (e.g. "quota systems"), or educational paradigms (e.g. vouchers, vs. charter, vs. home schooling) there can be no dispute over equalizing educational opportunity for all.
Investment in evidence-based educational solutions is an imperative that ALL Americans must support.
