@missnaftali: are u doing two pills or one? I have been on them for a week and it's still loose stools, I think it's just cleaning out our stomachs? Whatcha think juicyfriday?
@MrPeterb82 yes it will be like that for a while until your body gets use to the pills no worries i have been taking them and its fine. you dont want to take 2 pills cause that will make your stomach upset. take 1 and or take one day and the next dont. Also it helps if you drink water the regard is great i have been able to buy clothes that i would have never thought to put on again so im very happy with the pills.

@TheBusyBabyMama Hello, no diet the only thing im doing is taking the 2 day diet pills japan lingzhi. Only thing i changed is 75% less soda 80% more water. pills are really working for me.
