he is a typical CM and he's exceptional at it. i think he's an experienced ramsey type player. ramsey should be a sub for arteta rather than play along side him. wilshere/rosicky/arshavin should play the position ramsey plays in right now. song-arteta-wilshere/rosicky should be our first 11
@MrImbecilio oh yah definatley a good player, but i think hed do better in arteta's position. i only have one complaint against ramsey, he makes himself look good by taking the ball backwards, watch him u'll notice him turning the ball backwaards n run in a circle, most of the time when it's not necesary. fab was famous for that but he used to do it when he needed to loose a man or buy some time before giving a long ball. ramsey does it to show composure but not in a way that adds to the team
@Panambucano you guys, and gooners expected Arteta to be a direct replacement to Cesc, but the main fact is that, Arteta is a different footballer not a creative midfielder, he plays simple, and since he's playing as a mix of DMC or CM, is hard for him to put in good through balls now that's Aaron Ramsey job not Arteta, Arteta is here for dead balls and he's more of a Wilshere back up, i wanted him to play on Cesc role but Wenger seems to don't let him play there, to let Aaron Ramsey improve.
@gcdcomps8 Yea i noticed that in the first game he played for Arsenal. In a interview after the match he said wenger wanted him to sit a little bit deeper and control the game more in the 2nd half. I can't wait for wilshere to come back honestly

Without him Arsenal would struggle keeping the ball against Good opponents, he is so comfortable on the ball and keeps his passing simple but efficient in a smart kind of way. u don't worry about losing possession when he's on the ball and he CAN kick it up a notch when needed. nice video ;)
