yes she can!! she has had a classical training from her mother who is an opera singer but she refuse to do anything classic , she has composed many of her hits.regine hasn't done anything original, has she? all she does is cover songs that were hits previously, she has done fabulously on this one except the "birit" on the last note which sounded llike a female part down south.

@eashyr i'm a regine fan but i disagree the claim of others that she knows how to sing in an operatic manner..hellow alam nyo ba ang quality of voice ng opera singer.she's a belter and she sings well but her voice can't shift to opera voice.

@0312chiz I am a Sandi Patti fan as well. It's sad that she has lost her belting voice now. But Sandi's voice, although she can belt high as well, is just too beautiful to be pop. Broadway pwedeng-pwede si Sandi, pero not mainstream pop.
