@Nobama1028 They are on machines because they have bad joints and don't want to suffer injuries . They got this big doing free weights but he can't squat and can't flat bench anymore because of injuries. He's going easy on his joints

Yeah but what works for one doesnt work for someone else. I watch these guys because I have literally the same body type, same number of years down the road weightlifting, same split and virtually same everything thats why I follow their advice because it seems I have a very similar biological makeup as them, as in, the shit they do I've been doing myself and its worked the same wonders. For my friends however, they havent had as much luck doing the same split as me. It varies
I've been doing more pull-ups to add to my back work outs plus I been hitting my bices way more it kinda helps.
You should really hit them trice then, and see what happens probably will help a lot to do some dips(work trices, chest, and shoulders depending your angle).

@DogBoi1692 because most of it isolates the chest? And you dont need to do a shitload of different exercises, you just need a couple good ones for each muscle group and do multiple sets of those. for example, a person doesnt really need to do more than pull-ups for their lats, you could do a bunch of different machine exercises targettting your lats but you won't see any more gains over just doing pull-ups only.
@DogBoi1692 Even just 3 excersices for a body part is enough once you do them properly. Ever hear the saying a jack of all trades a master of none. You could do 10 different excersices for your chest but wont see any better gains than keeping perfect form for 3 quality excersices.

@911damian That's not exactly a fly.Dumbell flys is more of a stretching movement while the pec deck (the name of machine he used) is more of a peak contraction exercise.Imo the pec deck is way more effective than dumbell flys.

out of curiousity, why should you not do chest workouts at this intensity on a regular basis? does it not help with mass building?

Thanks for the vids, I'm fairly new to supplements, and was wondering what is most important right after a morning workout. Creatine, protein, or breakfast. Whatever the answer, the I would like to know when to take the other 2 after that. Thx.

@DogBoi1692 because most of it isolates the chest? And you dont need to do a shitload of different exercises, you just need a couple good ones for each muscle group and do multiple sets of those. for example, a person doesnt really need to do more than pull-ups for their lats, you could do a bunch of different machine exercises targettting your lats but you won't see any more gains over just doing pull-ups only.

@DogBoi1692 Even just 3 excersices for a body part is enough once you do them properly. Ever hear the saying a jack of all trades a master of none. You could do 10 different excersices for your chest but wont see any better gains than keeping perfect form for 3 quality excersices.

@911damian That's not exactly a fly.Dumbell flys is more of a stretching movement while the pec deck (the name of machine he used) is more of a peak contraction exercise.Imo the pec deck is way more effective than dumbell flys.

@911damian The movement might look like a fly but it's a peck deck.Besides Kevin is the one who said he never does them.Clearly in this video you see Keith doing this exercise.He called it a fly which is a common mistake made by people who don't know the real name of this machine simply because it does look like a machine fly.
