And it doesnt involve multiple muscle groups in the lift thus the nervous system / endocrine system(hormone system if you didnt know) response is virtually pretty low. Thus not gaining hardly any muscle from it. Im interested in seeing how you can respond to my comment now, ask anyone or research about isolation, sorry bro, im right.

  • @whosnexttt ohboyherewegoagain.jpg. Your chest needs a pressing and squeezing exercise if you want a solid chest. Try a heavy squeezing movement and put a video up of it. Make it within the 6-12 rep range and we'll see if there's 'no demand on your nervous system'.

  • @RcKis0 your chest is a muscle, as with any muscle, it needs to get teared down, with your pressing movements, you should feel a stretch on negative portion of the lift, and a squeeze on the positive part of the lift, if you go to true failure, there is no need of flys.....oh and clearly you do not know anything about the nervous system.....tell me kid, what do you think the nervous system is? and what are its functions? heavy compound movements stimulate your cns the most

I watch these guys because I have literally the same body type, same number of years down the road weightlifting, same split and virtually same everything thats why I follow their advice because it seems I have a very similar biological makeup as them, as in, the shit they do I've been doing myself and its worked the same wonders. For my friends however, they havent had as much luck doing the same split as me. It varies

    I've been doing more pull-ups to add to my back work outs plus I been hitting my bices way more it kinda helps.

    You should really hit them trice then, and see what happens probably will help a lot to do some dips(work trices, chest, and shoulders depending your angle).

  • @DogBoi1692 because most of it isolates the chest? And you dont need to do a shitload of different exercises, you just need a couple good ones for each muscle group and do multiple sets of those. for example, a person doesnt really need to do more than pull-ups for their lats, you could do a bunch of different machine exercises targettting your lats but you won't see any more gains over just doing pull-ups only.

  • @DogBoi1692 Even just 3 excersices for a body part is enough once you do them properly. Ever hear the saying a jack of all trades a master of none. You could do 10 different excersices for your chest but wont see any better gains than keeping perfect form for 3 quality excersices.

  • @911damian That's not exactly a fly.Dumbell flys is more of a stretching movement while the pec deck (the name of machine he used) is more of a peak contraction exercise.Imo the pec deck is way more effective than dumbell flys.

  • @911damian The movement might look like a fly but it's a peck deck.Besides Kevin is the one who said he never does them.Clearly in this video you see Keith doing this exercise.He called it a fly which is a common mistake made by people who don't know the real name of this machine simply because it does look like a machine fly.
