honey roasted venison 4 lb venison roast 1½ cups olive oil 10 Tbs honey 7 Tbs cider vinegar 1 cup teriyaki sauce 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp ginger Place venison in Lg zip bag. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Add half of the mixture to venison; seal, refrigerate for 4+ hours. Cover remaining marinade, refrigerate. Drain venison, discard used marinade. Place reserved marinade in roasting pan with venison. Roast at 325°, basting frequently, 2+hours, or until internal temp reaches 180°. LJ
