Cat, i haven't heard of that. a rumor that it was mixed in the meat of a chinese food called siopao, but still hasn't been much proven as it was a rumor. japanese and chinese are the ones who eat little children or fetus. abortion is illegalin phil.

in china and japan, abortion is allowed, therefore the aborted fetus are being sold on restaurants to be cooked, grilled, fried, etc. its true but not here in philippines

i think the best generalization is this: Not all Filipinos eat dogs, cats and rats.There are only small percentage of the population eats these kinds of exotic food ( I don't know if there's already a survey about eating dogs etc.)...As far as i know, rats than can be found in the rice fields (we call it dagang-bukid) are edible--not the rats that we usually seen under the kitchen sink and garbage bins.
