I saw these guys in Cocoa Beach, FL back in 86...my friend took a picture of me slam dancing with Andy, the lead singer, in mid-mosh to this song! Bought the album (Seven Days In Sammystown) the next day and wore the grooves off it! Definitely a classic!

OMG there's a VIDEO !! Wah this album "7 days in Sammy's town" is possibly the most important of my life. My gosh how many friends did I pissed of w/ this ? This album is the shit, man. Admit it. This is just pure excellent rock'n'roll. If you disagree with that you're just a moron. And those guys were FUN. I mean those guys had everything. They are simply one of the most important bands in the 80s, do u know who u 'talkin' to ? Did you listen to music back in 1985 ? Shut up and dance.

remember buying this album, to hear...what it was like post Stan...this song alone made it worth it...

Big City was another awesome tune....not the same as Stan's WoV...but really good...the live album that followed this was also incredible...and of course Stan released Big Heat shortly after this as well....

this is something different from the original WOV.... it's not bad, but it's just not really WOV... not truly. See, the original WOV was about tongue-in-cheek, self-deprecation, self-criticism, like William S. Burroughs meets DEVO. This WOV, while it's "dark", doesn't have the dark humor aspect of Ridgeway's WOV.
