Agree with Bow, blue was not used to facing a southpaw at all. Could not throw a comfortable back hand against you and his elusive movement was awkward but at the same time your leaning back which you were being told off for made him feel off balance so your good work contributed to him struggling to throw some shots with the correct technique or any real confidence. Well done on a solid win but if you face an orthodox boxer with experience of facing southpaws be prepared for a tougher opponent.

Nice counter punching. I would have liked to see you more in and out and increase punch frequency. You were obviously better than your opponent. I think you could have obliterated him with ur faster hand speed and combos. The stalking needs some work. If the opponent had faster hand speed u would have taken some for sure.

@AceTheBoxer Your left handed stance kept your opponent off balance the whole match......It was visible. This was an awesome fight. You both fought great! Fighting a southpaw is no easy task....its very difficult for a right handed person to do. I hated sparring with southpaws. I boxed with the south atlantic boxing comission from 01-03. Getting back into it now :) By the way.....love the Rocky music! I had custom American Flag print shorts made with my name on them!

round two was epic- when you get the longish pauses when youre waiting for him to throw try using faints to make him throw one then you can counter, thats what works for me :)

you have good speed and accuracy. i like that you make use of combinations. Perhaps you could try changing up more going from head to body. I like that you kept the pressure on him since judges like that. I think your best punch is the straight left which you landed nicely twice. it seems you focus on the straight left to the head but try a jab to the head and then a straight left to the chest or a straight left to the head and then a right upper cut to the body.

@MrMarkiepoop Everything you learn from footwork, head movement, punches and combinations, stamina,relaxing/breathing, etc you have to focus all that into the ring if you can do that then you will win and if you do it and loose then the better man won so you can still walk out proud.There are about 60 million people in Britain and if you went by percentage only about 100 thousand would step inside the ropes so you should be proud no matter what and you get instant respect.Wish u all the best.

Im 25 I want to start train boxing just for avocation purpose , losing some weight , being fit , quiting smoking and learning a little bit selfdefence when diplomacy/empatyhy fails. Is it dangerous ? I dont want my nose broken or my brain damaged . Is it too risky hobby for these purposes?

the kid in blue seemed at a loss to reach him with his right as well as how to defend against Adams left hands. Its all about foot placement. Fighting southpaws is an art in and of itsself. When I used to box I would try to make my left handed opponents guess whether I was going to move to my left and try to throw my jaw over their lead hand or hook to the body, or if i was going to go the other way and try to beat him to the punch with my straight right.
