I do not think so. There are 2 different teas you can try if you hate one of them! The tea is what helps break up the build up in intestines! So.. I do not think there is a way around the tea...
Thank goodness you are doing another cleanse! I found your videos a few days ago and it inspired me to do it as well. I'd like to do 14 days as well! Thank you for doing this again this will be the encouragement I need!
Although it did not really work for me.. there are definitely some of the workouts I am going to incorporate into my regimen. That is for sure! Thanks for the comment..
