There are no mics on the kit, you are hearing mostly my kit live through the camera and since I am playing right on top of the beat, my drums benefit from the drums on the backing track. Someday I will have mics on the whole kit and then the sound will really kick ass.

Thank you! That is a 19" Rude Thin Crash. It had just came in the mail that morning and I am in love with the sound. Loud - I mean as loud as you want it, yet, if you graze it just right it has a beautiful soft crash also.
