this is not a real japanese chef but a amateur chinese cook. His facial traits and his sloppy work ethics (talking on the phone..dirty) show him who he really is. Moreover, the quality of food is mediocre at best, chop suey and onion....cheap like all the chinese products. He uses his hands to pick up bean sprouts. His dish esand workcloths are dirty....what a travesty to genuine japanese foods.

Anyone want to explain why he takes used dishes from one group, dumps their left overs in front of another group (which a guy quickly takes a bite of) plates the fresh cooked food on the dirty plates and then gives them to a completely different couple?

@rayof86 Watch the chef in the background, the "used dishes" are some he just plated, not someone's leftovers. They are also serving plates, the food is poured out from them onto the plates that people eat from so it's not unsanitary.
