Take it from a professional MMA fighter. This is NOT a good way to get experience. This is actually a great way to get hurt and not ever be able to fight professionally.

You have pretty good form, but a few critiques: You wasted a LOT of energy holding the kid in your over under. That was a GREAT move though to prevent his takedown. It shows skill, but remember, pros stop something and move on if it isn't going anywhere. Wasted energy loses fights.

in my opinion this is a great way to get experience and to get beter and beter in mma, but i have a recommendation for you back yard fights:

first, put away all the things than can hurt you like that bbq grill

second, get one referee, maybe one of the espectators, he can help to avoid more inguries than necessary

third, the espectators can help you guys to dont crash against the walls and trees

congratulations for that fight any one how want to do that need balls and you guys get it
