All you need is peroxide and baking soda,NEVER use lemmon it may be natural but just like chewing ice it has issues and just because someone eats lemon they dont do it everyday or they would have dull teeth due to the acid and as for chewing ice it wakens your teeth just the same with different problems such as your teeth actually cracking.ASK ANY DENTIST...THIS IS FACT!

baking soda and lemon are both used in food...safe. The toothpaste however has floride in it so don't swallow it. I don't think you even need that anyway. Great video but are you speaking english? I could barely tell what you were saying...

@kowbellekowbelle FYI Lemon and baking soda are both harsh on your teeth enamel: acid and abrasion - so you wouldn't want to do this alot. The baking soda in toothpaste is in a less abrasive form so it is okay.

Baking Soda by it self actually make your teeths more sensitive to cold and hot temp...If use, do only once a week bcause once ur enamel is gone.. there is not a POWER that can make it back...!!! Lemon juice is great specially if used with straberry( sorry for misspelling). that u can use every day or every other day if preffered...

@satsumamoon on the side of the box it tells you how to mix it with water for indigestion and drink it. Bi carb soda is used in soda drinks too.
