@divine101 how is it dangerous to put it in neutral when slowing down?? the brakes slow the car, the engine will barely help the slowing, theres no difference...what u think cause your not in gear, u cant move out the way as fast? what if your doing 50 in 5th, then slow down to 20 and still in 5th, floor it...you go nowhere, neutral is closer to a lower gear for a harder pull away

@hp330v8 Only thing engine braking is good for, is for racing because you'll have it in a lower gear which will obviously give you more acceleration when you exit the corners. Other than that, unless your on a sport-bike, there really isn't a whole lot of engine braking that helps contribute to stoping on non-race cars. Of course, this is all IMHO. ;)

If its a 35R .82, then it DOES have an EWG. If its routed back in you wont hear it. No way would he hit 470whp on a mustang with a stock location 35, and there is no internally gated rotated 35.

Not necessarily the power curve drops past a certain RPM depending on the tune so saying go up to 10,000 RPM is stupid cause the power drops, you need shift so that the next gear the car will be in the optimal position. Shifting too late also fucks up the internals due to added pressure.

@Spartanplayer741 It's not all about boost as different turbos heat up differently and it ulters the density of the air so 23psi in one turbo or configuration might have more oxygen than 29psi in another. To have a safe config go for a Cosworth EJ25 Long Block or Crawford block.

In general to make the turbo louder we use a CAI or after market intake and a Downpipe off the turbo.

Some more info on my setup. I have an SR55 turbo, FMIC, Helix catless DP, custom 3" TBE, Turbo XS Stage 4 EM and protune. The HKS is annoying as hell. I would love to run something quieter firstly, and something that will make my car run smoother (no after/backfire). I'm looking at GFB Deceptor Pro.
