Happy Halloween to you too! LOL! The darkness does kind of fit for Halloween.
The nutrition nazis are kind of funny around Halloween- they think they can make fruit and other healthy foods fun and something kids would be excited to have replace candy! Eating too much candy isn't good, but having it around Halloween and a few other holidays shouldn't be such a problem! They need to just lighten up a bit!
