Actually Joan Jett is around 48 now. Born Sept 22 1958. You guy's should check out the first band she was in. They were great and called themselves THE RUNAWAYS, an all girl band that was well known in the punk scene during the late 70's. You can find their music on CD now.

F*ck Britney, Christina, Beyonce and all the other cookie cutter candy coated so-called rock/pop acts. Joan Jett is the ONLY REAL woman of Rock. She's about 45 years old now and still kicks ass! I'd take her anyday over those other gimmicky phony women.

The name of this tune is 'CRIMSON AND CLOVER'. The original was actually done by Tommy James and The Shondells, and was released in 1968. That original is more haunting.
