LFS8, this is the reason why I started to watch basketball. in conjunction with every single fancy dunks. If you fail to dunk yet, you need to start out off training. I highly recommend that you explore the program I'm using - "50-inch-vertical(dot)com" - Im 5'7 yet I can dunk!
