  • When you say "fresh Chinese egg noodles", you of course mean, stuff from a store out of a plastic package, right? Because that's certainly what it looks like.

  • this looks a bit bland for me. I'm from the caribbean and We're used to spicy, tasty, hot food. I'd probably put alot of herbs and seasonings in that broth.

  • Hmmm I love Mark's show I made 3-4 of his recipes and I am eager to try more of them. The recipes taste good and like somebody below said: they look elegant.

    I made this recipe with beans+cauliflower instead of noodles, and it taste great.
