posting this in reply to my early post. I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and Troll and Toad replied to the BBB, saying in their rules of buying on Troll and Toad, they are allowed to scam you. I have proof of them saying this, and can show anyone apon request. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there, as it's also my friends who got scammed.

I bought from troll and toad, and they had false advertisement, and aren't doing anything about it. I dont recommend buying from them. I ordered 4 booster boxes, and alls I got was 12 packs, 3 packs per "booster box". I guess I just got unlucky, but they are saying its my fault... will update if they decide to do anything.
