THe first chords are

Dm Bb F C (4x)

then the verses are

Bb F C Dm

and the part thats "And Still i can't let you be..." I'm not really sure but i know it starts with Gm then maybe F and C (3 times)

If you try listening to it and playing it... it really isn't that hard to figure out!
