It appears that you dont have fresh name brand batteries in the FX, the FX's are actually brighter, ik cause i own 8 and bought the vader Ultimate FX.

Your batteries in the fx one had to be low cause I have the same one and it's not that dim. Especially in the dark.

I have one like this i got it cuz i got a good grade on my test so i asked if i did u good on my test i'd get a Ultimate FX Lightsaber i got the anakin one becuz i like the color blue and that was the only blue there and all of the others were red like: Darth Vader.........

um is it brighter than all of your older versions cause lets say an example luke rotj fx lightsaber MR those toys can be brighter than darth vaders force fx or darth mauls fx but they can't be brighter than the blue or green force fx sabers

@2233brain In my experience in terms of the luke rotj and luke anh by MR, they're about the same, if not then slightly brighter, but in my opinion looks about the same.
