Stupid (Stupak) says quote, "An Executive Order signed by the President has the full force of law and is as good as having a law". If this was true, why have Congress at all. Obviously, the President can't create law with an Executive Order and Stupak knows this. He knows that he caved in to Obama and sold his vote.
